COVID-19 Office Closure

In furtherance of reducing the spread of the virus, while the essential sewer and storm water services of the Berkeley County Public Service Sewer District and the Berkeley County Public Service Storm Water District will continue to be in operation, the District’s buildings and facilities are closed to the public until further notice.   Customers are encouraged to utilize the District’s online resources and telephonic payment options to remain current with their water, sewer and storm water service bills. These options are available by visiting www.bcpssd.org or www.berkeleycountystormwater.org or calling 304-263-8566. Payments and any forms may also be left in the after-hours drop box.

BCPSSD is suspending service calls that require employees to enter customers’ homes, except for emergencies.

Please be reminded that health officials say washing your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds helps prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other infectious diseases. Thank you for your cooperation.
